For consumers (B2C)

Ordering

How do I place an order with Van Ooy? Click on the desired item, add it to your shopping cart and follow the steps in the checkout. You can also order without an account.
Do I need an account to order? No, it is not required.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept iDEAL and bank transfer, among others.

Shipping information

What is the delivery time of my order? Stock products ordered on working days before 2pm are usually shipped the same day. Lead time depends on country of destination.
What are the shipping costs? These depends on country of destination. There is F.O.C. delivery option starting froma certain amount, but that also varies on country of destination. Below that we charge standard shipping costs, visible at checkout.
Do you also ship internationally? Yes, we deliver all over Europe and even Worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery time depend on the country.
Do I get a track & trace code? Yes, once your order has been dispatched you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link.

Products & product range

I'm looking for a specific product but can't find it, what now? Please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to help you with alternatives or customised solutions.
What brands do you carry? Among others, we are distributors of Longoni, Molinari, McDermott, Raymond Ceulemans, Iwan Simonis, Aramith, Artemis, Taom and many others.

Returns & service

Can I return items? Yes, returns are possible within 5 working days of receipt. Always contact us first before returning anything.
What are the conditions for returning? The product must be unused and - if possible - in its original packaging. Specially ordered custom-made items cannot be returned.
Who pays the return costs? If the fault lies with Van Ooy, we will pay the return costs. Otherwise, the costs are at your own expense.
My product has arrived damaged. What should I do? Take pictures of the packaging and the product immediately and report it to our customer service within 24 hours. We will look for a solution together.

Warranty & support

How long do I have warranty on products? All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. The duration depends on the brand and product type.
What is covered by the warranty? Manufacturing defects, technical defects and electronics under normal use. Wear and tear or damage due to misuse is not covered by warranty.

Ordering

I want to buy structurally as a B2B customer, how does that work? Contact us at sales@vanooy.com or call +31 (0)23 534 00 40 to request a business account.
Do I need an account to order? For business customers, this is a must i.e. price agreements, order history and copy documents.

Payment

Can I pay by invoice? Yes, business customers with an account can - upon approval - use payment by invoice.
