Delivery time & shipment
We make every effort to deliver your order quickly and carefully. Smooth, reliable delivery is essential for us, so that you as a specialist retailer can always count on a well-stocked stock and minimum waiting time for your customers.
Expected delivery times
Orders placed on working days before 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day (if in stock). Shipping partners include DPD, PostNL, UPS and other reliable carriers.

All our products are covered by manufacturer's warranty. As a wholesaler, we support our customers in warranty claims towards suppliers.

Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear (such as chalk, sheets, balls, bowls, etc.)
- Damage due to improper use or storage
- Adapted or modified products
